After her family and friends attempted to organise an intervention for her, Britney Spears vehemently disputed that she was in bad shape.
The pop artist, 41, referred to a source who told TMZ that she was “about to die,” writing in a lengthy Instagram message, “It makes me sick to my stomach that it’s even legal for people to make up claims that I almost died.”
Spears continued, “I mean, at some point, enough is enough. Even though I enjoy posting on Instagram, it’s evident that a lot of people don’t wish me well. I’m probably going to have to stop.
“I’m not at all surprised, to be honest… Doing my best once more!! Once more, the conservatorship has ended almost a calendar year,” she added. “No, everyone, it’s not 2007… I’m preparing my first handmade lasagna at home in 2023! My living room fireplace is now operational, yay!
Don’t believe everything you read, as my husband so eloquently puts it! All that love is returned to you, she said in her final statement.
Sources earlier informed Page Six that Spears’ closest friends were attempting to get her to get help on Tuesday.
We were informed, nevertheless, that the scheme finally failed because it was deemed “unnecessary.”
However, Spears apparently did see a doctor on Wednesday, and the consultation went “great.”
Britney is fine, and much of this has been overdone and unfairly twisted, a source told us on Thursday.
Sam Asghari, Spears’ husband, and her manager allegedly devised a plan to confine the “Toxic” singer inside a Los Angeles home for two months.
They reportedly worried about her mental health because of problems with her medicine.
Asghar i’s representatives did not respond to demands for comment, but the 28-year-old “Family Business” star presented a picture of harmony on social media.
Asghar and Spears were seen in a video he shared on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday mockingly modelling clothing in a changing room mirror while out shopping.
The former fitness instructor captioned the video, “Matching outfits at Target.”
Britney Spears
Since June 2022, Spears and Asghar have been wed. At the “Hold Me Closer” singer’s California home, the couple exchanged vows in front of a star-studded audience that included Madonna, Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore, and Selena Gomez.
However, Spears has already turned to social media to voice her complaints about her big day.
The “Gimme More” singer acknowledged in November 2022 that she wasn’t quite “there” during her wedding, writing, “There was a lot of talking and SPEAKING at the reception!!! Unfortunately not for me because you can’t speak when your body isn’t relaxed enough to breathe!!!
Several fans have expressed concern over Spears’ social media habits, and some have even gone “too far” by phoning the police to do a wellness check on the pop icon after she deactivated her Instagram.
Spears, though, has maintained that she is healthy, telling her fans in January, “Nope, I’m not having a breakdown… I am moving on with who I am and my life. Never have I felt better!
